Abstract

Correlation between severity of posttraumatic stress disorder and aggressiveness Introduction: Numerous studies indicate that persons suffering from posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) are more frequently and more strongly aggressive as compared to other psychiatric patients, and especially as compared to general population. Aggressiveness as a frequent PTSD symptom is expressed in quite different ways, particularly in the acute phase of PTSD.
