Abstract

Herein we report antigen-antibody conducting polymer based sensors which transduce antigen-antibody interactions into measurable changes in electrochemical signal. Furthermore the electrochemical response of polymer/antigen and polymer/antigen-antibody systems depends on the hydrophobic character of the polymers.
