Abstract

The magnetostriction in non-oriented electrical steels FeSi3.2% E110 grade samples produced by ACESITA as a function of the magnetic induction for several angles between the applied field and the rolling direction is investigated. The results are discussed in terms of the domain wall motion, magnetization rotation, nucleation and annihilation of domains and evolution of the complex magnetic domain structure present in these steels.
