The investigations of magnetoresistance of multilayer nanodimensional film systems based on Fe and Cu, Cr or Pd were carried versus induction of external magnetic field and concentration of Fe atoms. Received results were explained with a view to structural-phase state: in Fe/Cu system to a great extent the individuality of separate layers conserves with possibility blurring of interfaces. In Fe/Cr system granular state of Fe atoms in matrix from solid solution (Fe, Cr) stabilizes or solid solution (Pd, Fe) forms, in which formation of intermetallic FePd with FCC- or FCT-lattice occurs. The magnetodefformation effect in one- or two-layer films, which are the components of multilayer systems, was investigated.
