Abstract

The microstructure and magnetic behaviour of nanocrystalline Fe82Zr4Nb3B10Cu1 and Fe80Zr4Mn3B12Cu1 alloys are studied. Depending on the composition, the investigated properties can be tailored by annealing conditions. In particular, the Fe80Zr4Mn3B12Cu1 alloy with 58% of BCC–Fe exhibits excellent soft magnetic properties as well as low core losses.
