Abstract

In the phospholipid films oriented spontaneously or under the influence of constant electrical field, the electromoving force is generated during hydration. Its rise is connected with the structural asymmetry of hydrophilic zones of phospholipid lamells, which is the consequence of the corresponding orientation of phodpholipid molecule polar groups in lamells.
