Abstract

Adaptation of the Spectralis OCT enables longitudinal tracking of retinal changes in experimental ocular hypertension in the rat. The whole retina, outer nuclear layer, and retinal nerve fiber layer demonstrate significant changes and are identified as useful parameters in vivo.
