Abstract

ABSTRACT Metallosphaera sedula is a thermoacidophilic crenarchaeote with a 2.19-Mb genome. Here, we report the genome sequences of several evolved derivatives of M. sedula generated through adaptive laboratory evolution for enhanced arsenate resistance.
