In this paper, a time-integrated search for point sources of cosmic neutrinos is presented using the data collected from 2007 to 2010 by the ANTARES neutrino telescope. No statistically significant signal has been found and upper limits on the neutrino flux have been obtained. Assuming an E ¿2 n; spectrum, these flux limits are at 1-10 ¿10¿8 GeV cm¿2 s¿1 for declinations ranging from ¿90° to 40°. Limits for specific models of RX J1713.7¿3946 and Vela X, which include information on the source morphology and spectrum, are also given. ; Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) ; Commissariat a l'energie atomique et aux energies alternatives (CEA) ; Commission Europeenne (FEDER fund and Marie Curie Program) ; Region Alsace ; Region Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur ; Departement du Var and Ville de La Seyne-sur-Mer, France ; Bundesministerium fur Bildung und Forschung (BMBF), Germany ; Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare (INFN), Italy ; Stichting voor Fundamenteel Onderzoek der Materie (FOM) ; Nederlandse organisatie voor Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek (NWO), the Netherlands ; Council of the President of the Russian Federation for young scientists ; leading scientific schools ading scientific schools supporting grants, Russia ; National Authority for Scientific Research (ANCS - UEFISCDI), Romania ; Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovacion (MICINN) ; Prometeo of Generalitat Valenciana and MultiDark, Spain ; Agence de l'Oriental and CNRST, Morocco ; Adrian-Martinez, S.; Al Samarai, I.; Albert, A.; et ál.
