Abstract
The newly developed Pt(iv) prodrugs, rhodaplatins, contain an internal photoswitch and present up to 4.8 × 104-fold increased photoconversion efficiency compared to the conventional “photocatalyst plus Pt(iv) prodrug” photocatalysis platform.
