Abstract

A facile metal sulfurization was employed for preparing a 4-inch wafer scale PtS film. The 2D PtS nonlayered material were studied by STEM, SAED, XPS and Raman spectra. The formation of PtS (other than PtS2) was interpreted by the phase diagram.
