Abstract

We evaluated the ChatGPT's responses to common acne questions based on accuracy, completeness, relevance, understandability, actionability, and readability. Responses related to treatment were less likely to be satisfactory, understandable, or easily readable. Overall, ChatGPT serves as a valuable initial tool for dermatologic patients but currently cannot replace in-depth dermatology consultations.
