Abstract

Campylobacter jejuni responds to extracellular stimuli via transducer-like chemoreceptors (Tlps). This remarkable sensory perception mechanism allows bacteria to sense environmental changes and avoid unfavorable conditions or to maneuver toward nutrient sources and host cells.
