Abstract

The role of microbes in insecticide resistance is an emerging question. Here, we describe six metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) associated with the glassy-winged sharpshooter ( Homalodisca vitripennis [Germar, 1821]) (Hemiptera, Cicadellidae).
