Abstract

Pulmonary lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (pLELC) is a rarely distinctive subtype of primary lung cancer closely associated with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection. Here, we gave the first overview of pLELC-derived EBV at the level of genome, methylation and transcription.
