Abstract

Abstract Diagnosis of tuberculosis is difficult. Because the advancement of mo-lecular diagnosis approaches (especially nano-nanoparticles combined with high-throughput mass spectrometry for detecting mycobacteria peptide) and personal-ized medicine the diagnostic framework changes a lot. This review will address the issues concerned about novel technologies from bench to bed and new strate-gies for personalized tuberculosis diagnosis.
