Abstract

Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) is a rare primary neuroendocrine tumor of the skin. Distant metastasis of MCC to the pancreas are rarely seen. The authors describe the case of a MCC metastatic to the pancreas diagnosed by EUS‐FNA, with special emphasis on cytological features and immunocytochemistry.
