Abstract

Associations between dairy product consumption and pancreatic cancer risk have been inconsistent in prior studies. In a pooled analysis of 14 prospective cohorts, intakes of dairy products, calcium, and vitamin D during adulthood were not significantly associated with pancreatic cancer risk. These results were consistent within strata defined by gender, smoking status, and body mass index.
