- Server must be non-commercial
- Publisher's version/PDF cannot be used
- Publisher copyright and source must be acknowledged
- Must link to publisher version with DOI
- Set statement to accompany link to published version (see policy)
- Publisher will deposit post-print of NIH-funded articles in PubMed Central on author's behalf
