Abstract

SNPs in common SNP dataset. Notes: The amino acids physicochemical properties involved in the non-synonymous mutations were characterized according to the definition provided in the study by Moilanen JS and Majamaa K [29]. Green denotes genes related to high-altitude adaptation that were listed in the study by Zhang [9]; grey denotes genes related to hypoxia and the cardiovascular system in GO categories; yellow denotes genes related to the cardiovascular system according to the literature.
