Abstract

Detailed results for comparing string-of-beads vaccines of different lengths with and without spacers. Detailed results for the comparison of string-of-beads with spacers and without spacers including the string-of-beads sequences, predicted cleavage likelihoods, neo-immunogenicity, number of neo-epitopes, as well as the recovery rate of the desired epitopes.
