We show that longitudinal single spin asymmetry in diffractive dijet production in lepton-nucleon scattering is proportional to the gluon orbital angular momentum distribution at small-$x$. This is the first proposal of a direct experimental signature of partons' OAM in the Jaffe-Manohar decomposition of the nucleon spin. ; Comment: 5 pages
