In this paper, a seismic isolation scheme by FPB about bridge in high-intensity earthquake area is introduced. Typical methods and calculation examples of using dynamic time-history analysis in this scheme as well as the process and methods of parameter determination and design verification of FPB are put forward. All these methods play guiding roles in the seismic isolation design of bridges and the design and application of FPBs.
