Abstract

This report is an overview of two main publications that provide a comprehensive review of the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) Fission Basis. The first is the experimental paper, “Fission Product Data Measured at Los Alamos for Fission Spectrum and Thermal Neutrons on 239Pu,235U, 238U,” [Selby, H. D., et al., Nucl. Data Sheets, Vol. 111 2010, pp. 2891–2922] and the second is the theoretical paper, “Fission Product Yields from Fission Spectrum n+239Pu for ENDF=B-VII.1,” [Chadwick, M. B., et al., Nucl. Data Sheets, Vol. 111, 2010, pp. 2923–2964].
