The following article corresponds to a double—sided reflection. The first, the base of the meditation as such, refers to the role of the Environmental Impact Evaluations and the critical characteristics that are amended in relation to their behavior. In order to carry out what was mentioned before, and this is the second great deliberation of the following text, an entire theoretical journey is taken regarding the contextualization and conceptualization of what environment is, passing through the theory of systems, complex thought, the holistic vision, up to the insertion of social and participative contributions, as well as exclusion forms.
