Abstract

In this issue, Xu etal. (2014) show that innate antiviral RIG-I-like receptors (RLR) signaling represses TGF-β-induced growth inhibition, epithelial-mesenchyme transition (EMT), and regulatory Tcell (Treg) differentiation via IRF3-mediated Smads function.
