Abstract

(Figure Presented) Putting the pieces together: An efficient, generally applicable approach for structural analysis of protein complexes and multidomain proteins in solution based on NMR spectroscopy is presented. Starting from available high-resolution structures of individual domains or subunits, the overall domain arrangement is calculated from NMR spectroscopy data that can be obtained for high-molecular-weight complexes.
