The behavior of the individuals and their entourage in the city, and in the countryside, is one of the social cultural and economic phenomena, through which we could detect other phenomena of the society structure, especially when we try to explore the history of the two cities at an earlier period, keeping in mind that historical bibliographies about this period provides only limited information, that cannot highlights us about the characteristics of the two cities of Médéa and Miliana.
