Abstract

Map summarizing results of a Arabidopsis thaliana microarray experiment.Genes were individually examined in silico for function, structure and cellularcomponent. Of the 582 differentially regulated genes, 276 genes had predicted orexperimentally tested function annotated and were pasted on the map. Whenapplicable, proteins were grouped per function and superimposed on the subcellularcompartments (B1 – F5) according to the localization of the corresponding pathway orsubstrate(s). Functions that were repressed or induced by O , were indicated in greenand red respectively. The fold change was categorized into three groups: 2-3 fold, 3-5 fold and more then 5 fold change (see legend). Where not otherwise stated, theinformation necessary to produce the several components associated with a gene wasrecovered from the TAIR website (www.arabidopsis.org).
