An integrated multiresidue approach to pesticide residues monitoring based on SPME-GC/MS and SPE-on-line-HPLC techniques in waters is presented. Precision (CV% values between ±2% and ±35%) and recovery data (values between ±75% and ±140%) data at 0,05 or 0,1 μg/L are reported for a wide selection of active substances. The methods used and their automation can help in reducing sample volumes, saving time, spaces and resources in the laboratory
