Abstract

放眼地球的資源有限,綠色產業興起,節能減碳的觀念影響民眾的生活態度及行為,多已願意變更日常的生活方式來保護地球環境;且目前網路基礎服務普及,造就電子商務的蓬勃發展,各企業的電子帳單服務應可適時大力推廣。國內公用事業電子帳單目前僅3%以下的普及率,仍有相當大的成長空間。 本研究以科技接受模式(TAM)及知覺風險理論為基礎,利用分析層級程序法(AHP)分析中華電信用戶使用電信費電子帳單之影響因素,研究結果顯示知覺風險因素在層級構面中影響權重名列第一,認知易用因素亦受用戶所重視。認知有用因素在層級構面影響權重中名列第三,與預期用戶會因為環保議題而申請帳單電子化、無紙化之論點有所落差。行銷推廣因素在層級構面影響權重中名列最末,惟其中通話費回饋為整體重要影響因素評估之第五名,可見簡單且實際的回饋,最為用戶喜歡與接受。 ; Limited resources limit the consumption of energy and this gives rise to the green industry People are willing to change their daily lives to keep the earth's environment safe which makes the perfect time to promote the use of the Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) service Customers of utility companies that adopted the EBPP service are less than 3% so there are great potentials in promoting the EBPP service by billers Based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) and the theory of perceived risk (TPR) this research employs the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) as a research method to analyze factors affecting the use of the EBPP service by Chunghwa Telecom customers The research result shows that among the factors in the second level of the hierarcy “perceived risk” is the most influential “perceived ease of use” is the second “perceived usefulness” is the third and “marketing promotion” comes the last which implies the environmental protection issue in saving energy is not as important as we thought “Discount” a subfactor of “marketingpromotion” is the fifth factor in the third level which means that users always prefer direct and realistic approach
