Abstract

; Ethnic identity is that part of the self-concept or definition that you or one is derived from membership of a particular social group, whether national, linguistic, religious, sporting or ethnic (Phinney and Ong, 2007). Whether own ethnic identity and have to migrate to another country and another culture probably causes what is known as acculturation or clash of the two cultures (the receiving and arriving). This process of acculturation is not known if properly carry can cause significant problems in both cultures, mainly in arriving. It is therefore necessary that the educational institutions education foster a multicultural level.
