Abstract

ÖZET: Son yıllarda, sentetik fungisitlerin çevre ve insan sağlığı üzerindeki olumsuz etkileri ve patojenlerin fungisitlere karşı oluşturduğu dayanıklılık, sentetik fungisitlere alternatif olabilecek yöntemlerin kullanılmasını zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Bu yöntemlerden biri de organik kökenli, çevre ve insan sağlığı açısından güvenli antifungal etkili baharat bitkilerinin kullanılmasıdır. Bu derlemede, baharat bitkilerinin bitki patojeni funguslara karşı antifungal etkisinin araştırıldığı çalışmalar özetlenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Baharat bitkileri, bitki patojeni funguslar, antifungal etkiAntifungal Effect of Spice Plants Against Plant Pathogenic FungiABSTRACT: In recent years, health and environmental issues regarding the use of synthetic fungicides highlights the need of alternative control methods that can replace the synthetic chemicals. The use of spice plants with their organic origin and, safety to the environment and health is one of the alternative control methods. In this review, researches on antifungal effect of spice plants against plant pathogenic fungi were summarized.Key Words: Spice plants, plant pathogenic fungi, antifungal effect
