SingleCellAssay is an R package for organizing and managing data from single-cell biological assays including Fluidigm Biomark qPCR, Nanostring multiplexed single-cell hybridization, and RNASeq data. It implements the hurdle model for testing differential expression in single cell expression data, as well as visualization and infrastructure.
