Abstract

This study determined whether SLC22A1 (encoding the organic cation transporter 1 (OCT1)) genotype could explain, in addition to postmenstrual age (PMA) (referring to gestational plus postnatal age) and CYP2D6 genotype, the tramadol (M) pharmacokinetic variability in early infancy.
