Abstract

Detailed results for comparing epitope pairs with and without spacers. Detailed results for the comparison of epitope pairs with spacers and without spacers including sequences of the paired epitopes and designed spacers, predicted cleavage likelihoods of the two induced cleavage sites, and the combined cleavage likelihood, as well as the neo-immunogenicity of the epitope pairâ spacer construct.
