Abstract

PPy and PAn thin films were deposited onto silicon wafers (n-type) through electrochemical method. Their optoelectronic behavior was studied by surface photovoltage spectroscopy (SPS) and electric-field modulation technique. Results were interpreted reasonably by the effect of polaron-involved photo-sensitization.
