Abstract

The synthesis of a mesoporous material with uniform mesopore diameters and crystalline MFI zeolite walls has been achieved, simply by seeding the multiammonium surfactant-directed synthesis with bulk zeolite crystals. The bulk seeds disappeared in the final product.
