Abstract

The use of meta-analysis tools and strategies for combining data from microarray experiments seems to be a good and practical idea. Choi et al. (2003) is among the first authors to address these issues. Of great importance in working with these data is the realization that different experiments typically have been designed to address different questions. In general, it will
