Dynamic compression plate with screw ostesynthesis is still being gold stadart for surgical treatment approach to the humeral diaphysis fracture . However the inflatable intramedullary nails was being preffered by the surgeons since they have offered the technical advantage of being without distal locking bolt . The aim of this study is to present a didactic case of humeral non-union that occurred after an inflatable nail fixation ,and to share the implications that derived from this case with systematic review of the literature regarding to inflatable intramedullary choice at humeral diaphysis fracture .
