Patent foramen ovaleye (PFO) tutunmuş pulmoner ve sistemik emboliye neden olan trombüs nadir görülen bir durumdur ve tüm tedavi seçeneklerine rağmen mortalite hızı yüksektir. Semptom ve bulgular non-spesifik olduğu için tanıdan şüphelenilmeyebilir. Biz 53 yaşında ani başlangıçlı nefes darlığı ve presenkop şikayeti ile gelen PFO'ya tutunmuş trombüsü olan erkek hastayı rapor ettik. Abstract Öz Thrombus entrapped in a patent foramen ovale (PFO) presenting with pulmonary and systemic embolism is a rare condition and despite all therapeutic options mortality rate is high. Signs and symptoms may be nonspecific; therefore, the diagnosis may not be suspected. We report A 53-year-old man who entrapped thrombus in patent foramen ovale presented with sudden-onset dyspnea, and presyncop.
