Abstract

Conflict over the last three decades has resulted in profound disruption of the medical system in Afghanistan. The NATO Training Mission–Afghanistan (NTM-A) installed a graduate medical education (GME) advisory team with the mandate to help the Afghan faculty reconstruct modern teaching programs for core specialties including programs for assistant personnel. В течение последних трех десяти- летий конфликт привел к глубоким нарушениям системы здравоохра- нения в Афганистане. Учебная мис- сия НАТО-Афганистан (NТМ-А) соз- дала консультативную группу по последипломному медицинскому образованию (GME) с мандатом оказания помощи афганскому пре- подавательскому составу в воссоз- дании современных программ обучения по основным специально- стям, в том числе программ для вспомогательного персонала. El conflicto de las tres últimas décadas ha conllevado una profunda alteración del sistema médico de Afganistán. La Misión de Formación de Afganistán de la OTAN (NTM-A) instauró un equipo consultivo universitario de educación médica con el cometido de ayudar al profesorado afgano a reconstruir los programas docentes modernos para las especialidades fundamentales, incluidos los programas para el personal ayudante.
