Abstract

Ni3Al1-oxide hollow nanospheres calcined at 800 °C (h-Ni3Al1-800) show excellent selectivity at full conversion and stability due to the formation of Nδ+-type (2 < δ < 3) acid–base pairs for selective transfer hydrogenation of α,β-unsaturated aldehydes.
