Abstract

Molybdenum ditellurides (MoTe2) have recently attracted attention owing to their excellent structurally tunable nature between 1T′(metallic)- and 2H(semiconducting)-phases; thus, the controllable fabrication and critical identification of MoTe2 are highly desired.
